In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to u77u77. References to "you" or "your" refer to the Player. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

Account Closure by the Player:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting u77u77 at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and clearance of any active wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Account Closure by u77u77:

u77u77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
